Meet JJ, our Knight in Shining Armor

JJ is the newest member of team Dogwood Forest, a psychological horror film by Helen Wheels.

The line between reality and fantasy is blurred when young Sadie’s dog Brutus transforms into a knight in shining armor who hatches a murderous plot to rid the Kingdom of the Dark Emperor’s rule.

This is JJ's first movie shoot and the team at Indigirl Productions is excited to see him in action as Sadie's trusty side-kick and partner in crime, BRUTUS.

JJ is 6 ½ years old. He's a pound puppy ... definitely part Australian Cattle Dog and maybe Border Collie. 

His owner/ trainer, Kris Keppeler has had him and his brother Benny since they were 4 months old. JJ just completed Agility 2 and plans to begin Agility 3 in January are under way. He's so smart he learned basic obedience at home and went right into Agility 1.
