14 ways to show yourself some love in 2014.

Start the New Year off right by showing yourself who cares. It's time to be your own best friend.

#1  Make one healthy choice and make that choice a new habit . . . Drink more water.
#2  Leave your toxic relationships behind. If you're wondering whether or not it's worth it, it probably isn't.
#3  Take time out to watch a sunset at least twice a week. (Or sunrise if you're an early riser).
#4  Take walks.
#5  Explore one new interest. (Learn how to ___).
#6  Feeling alone? Find a support group.
#7  Start a journal. 


#8  Be honest with yourself.
#9  Give yourself permission to say "no".
#10 Replace one unhealthy habit with one good habit. Trade smoking for yoga.
#11 Look in the mirror every morning and give yourself a compliment.
#12 Practice gratitude by noticing the positives in your life.
#13 Let go of negative emotions like jealousy.
#14 Reward yourself for a job well done.
